FINRA Rule 3510 requires each member firm to create and maintain a business continuity plan. In accordance with this rule Kenneth Jerome has developed a plan to ensure that business continues during emergency disruptions.
The plan is designed to address key areas of concern including but not limited to the following:

- All mission critical systems
- Financial and operational assessments
- Alternate means of communication between Kenneth Jerome and customers
- Alternate means of communication between Kenneth Jerome and employees
- Critical business constituent, bank and counter-party impact

How Kenneth Jerome will work with Legent Clearing to ensure that customers have access to their funds and securities in the event that Kenneth Jerome is unable to continue in business.
Events creating a disruption of business may vary in nature. They could affect only Kenneth Jerome, affect the building where Kenneth Jerome is located, affect the entire business district where Kenneth Jerome is located, result in an area disruption or result in disruption of a much larger region.
Kenneth Jerome fully intends to continue to conduct a securities business during any period of business disruption ranging from disruptions that only affect Kenneth Jerome to disruptions that have regional impact.
To address disruptions affecting only Kenneth Jerome, the building where Kenneth Jerome is located or the area where Kenneth Jerome conducts business, Kenneth Jerome has arranged with another broker-dealer to supply a physical location as well as key technology infrastructure to provide services for its clients.
To address wider area and regional business disruptions Kenneth Jerome has arrange with its Clearing Firm, Legent Clearing, to supply access to key technology infrastructures in alternative locations not affected by the disruptions. Kenneth Jerome intends to take advantage of any and all of these alternatives.
