Robert (Bob) Kaplon, | President
Bob Kaplon has been in the retail brokerage business since 1966. His first 20 years were spent with a single brokerage firm in New York City. Twenty years ago his investment in the ownership of Kenneth Jerome & Co., where he continues to be the Senior Partner, was and still is his commitment to the retail securities business.
Mr. Kaplon holds the numerous securities industry licenses necessary to run a full service Broker/Dealer like Kenneth Jerome & C0.. In addition he continues to work hard at finding the right financial opportunities for his clients.
Betty O’Brien | Secretary/Treasurer
Betty O’Brien became a licensed Registered Representative in 1982 and opened the first bank based full service brokerage office in New Jersey. A graduate of Purdue University with extensive experience in the banking industry, Ms O’Brien gained brokerage experience at several retail brokerage firms before investng in and becoming a partner at Kenneth Jerome & Co in 1991.
Ms O’Brien has several securities industry licesnses and supervises Client Services at Kenneth Jerome.
Thomas F. Daniel
Thomas Daniel has been a Registered Representative in the brokerage business since 1994 and is a Registered Principal with Kenneth Jerome & Co.. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Columbia University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University.
Prior to his employment at Kenneth Jerome in 2002, Mr. Daniel gained experience at several other brokerage firms. His NASD licenses include Financial Operations Principal and Municipal Securities Principal.
Philip Reynolds
Philip Reynolds has been in the brokerage business since 1997. He was previously litigation counsel with a major life insurance company after being their claim supervisor. Mr. Reynolds is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law, Newark, NJ and received his Masters Degree from the University of Michigan. He is insurance director and annuity coordinator for Kenneth Jerome & Co., Inc.
Steven B. Richardson
Steven B. Richardson, a graduate of Montclair State College, has been in the securities business for over 30 years. He has received various industry and business awards for both customer service and account management advice. His special expertise is in maximizing returns for clients seeking income from their portfolios. Steve joined Kenneth Jerome after many years with major firms looking for an opportunity to give his clients more personalized service in this current changing financial services industry.
